There will be no practice for today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday).  We will resume practice on Tuesday (July 5) Practice will be at 4:00pm -5:30pm for all participants.  We will warm up a little and then have a shaving cream fight afterwards.  Please bring only regular shaving cream (no aloe or any sensitive shaving cream).  

Our next meet is on Wednesday (July 6).  The meet will start at the usual time, but we will begin were we concluded the last time.  Please note if you cannot attend the meet make sure you email me.

Championship list will be out as soon as possible.  Remember we only allow the top 2 in each event of each age group.  I will have alternates for those who cannot make the meet.  Alternates mean a participants cannot make the meet and alternate takes their place.  For more clarity, ask me.
