Your parents will be able to sign up via the Sign up Page on SwimTopia *This meet will have swimmers in 6 lanes (Bridgemill is not participating) Blakeney: 1 case of water, 2 door monitors, 1 Concessions, 1 Ribbon Sorter, 1 Timer Sheet Runner, 2 Timers , Marvin Creek: 1 case of water, 1 door monitor, 2 Concessions, 1 DQ Slip Runner, 2 Timers, 1 parking official Chimneys: 1 case of water, 1 Clerk of Course Lead, 1 Ribbon Sorter, 2 Head Timers, 2 Timers Fort Mill: Snacks for volunteers (coordinate with other team), 1 Clerk of course helper, 1 Timer Sheet Runner, 2 Head Timers, 2 Timers – Lawson: 1 cooler full of ice, 1 Clerk of course helper, 1 DQ Slip Runner , 1 Refreshment Runner, 2 Timers, 1 parking official Raintree: Snacks for volunteers (coordinate with other team), 1 Clerk of course helper, 2 Results Runner, 1 Refreshment Runner, 2 Timers Each team is allowed 2 Parent Monitors – They must also sign up via SwimTopia. Once you check in, your volunteer will receive a lanyard, these must be turned in before leaving. Timers/head timers/runners meeting @ 5:45 PM by lane 1 at start end. Clerk of Course helpers report to Clerk of Couse, behind lane 10 on side opposite the starting blocks @ 5:45 PM. Door monitors must be at pool at 5:00 PM.
