GCSL Div. 5 Volunteer Assignments
Sunday July 10, 2022 Warmups: 5:15 PM Meet Starts: 6:00 PM (Check in at sign-in table in the hospitality room.) Teams: Blakeney, Marvin Creek, Chimneys, Fort Mill, Lawson, Raintree Below are the Volunteer Assignments for your Team for All Start Meets. Your parents will be able to sign up via the Sign up Page on SwimTopia *This meet will have swimmers in 6 lanes (Bridgemill is not participating) Blakeney: 1 case of water, 2 door monitors, 1 Concessions, 1 Ribbon Sorter, 1 Timer Sheet Runner, 2 Timers , Marvin Creek: 1 case of water, 1 door monitor, 2 Concessions, 1 DQ Slip Runner, 2 Timers, 1 parking official Chimneys: 1 case of water, 1 Clerk of Course Lead, 1 Ribbon Sorter, 2 Head Timers, 2 Timers Fort Mill: Snacks for volunteers (coordinate with other team), 1 Clerk of course helper, 1 Timer Sheet Runner, 2 Head Timers, 2 Timers – Lawson: 1 cooler full of ice, 1 Clerk of course helper, 1 DQ Slip Runner , 1 Refreshment Runner, 2 Timers, 1 parking official Raintree: Snacks for volunteers (coordinate with other team), 1 Clerk of course helper, 2 Results Runner, 1 Refreshment Runner, 2 Timers Each team is allowed 2 Parent Monitors – They must also sign up via SwimTopia. Once you check in, your volunteer will receive a lanyard, these must be turned in before leaving. Timers/head timers/runners meeting @ 5:45 PM by lane 1 at start end. Clerk of Course helpers report to Clerk of Couse, behind lane 10 on side opposite the starting blocks @ 5:45 PM. Door monitors must be at pool at 5:00 PM.
