4) Coaches/Clerk of Cours are responsible for getting swimmers behind the block. We will not have a formal clerk of course. 5) Swimmers may not enter the recreation pool at any time during the meet. 6) We will need 4 timers from your team for each session. Please bring watches. 7) We will have a small concession stand with sports drinks and snacks. Volunteers will be provided water. 8) We have extremely limited deck space at our facility. I know your parents are traveling quite a distance for this event so we will do our best to accommodate spectators. We encourage only one parent per child to attend, but if both parents want to attend, we suggest they sign up for a volunteer position. If the deck space becomes overcrowded, we will ask spectators to wait outside until their child's event, and then return to wait outside the natatorium. Weather as of now looks to be free of rain, but cooler. Dress in layers! 9) We do not have bleachers or seating area. Parents are welcome to bring chairs. Guest team parents will sit on the starter side (window) of the pool area (one parent per swimmer) and our team will be in the area between the two pools. 10) As mentioned before, our pool only has 4 lanes.... we try not to run any open lanes.
