Please follow the rules for Championship, if it was at my facility, it would be filled to capacity.  Entry report below.

Right now, Session 1 is set to run till close to 9, so if we can start a little earlier, that would be great (I would love to be kicking off the first relay by 6:20). Session 2 should finish 2:30-2:40, session 3 will run between an hour and 15 minutes and an hour and a half after the start time. We may take some extra time between some events in session 3 (relays, IMs) so that the swimmers are not swimming back to back to back.

With a little luck, we will stay within a capacity of 300 in the Aquatic Center during any given session. I URGE ALL OF YOU, please re-enforce the guideline that one spectator per swimmer will be allowed entry (and at Friday night’s session, I should see absolutely no non-swimming siblings at the pool). I will have someone at the door, if there is a problem with anybody, they will ask for their team and that team’s coach gets to deal with it from there. My team included (I had a couple of problems with that this past weekend). Prevent any awkwardness or problems, get the word out to your team. Most of you are driving a pretty long distance, keep that in mind.

Other than that, spectators may bring chairs, no snacks allowed and we will keep things moving to the best of our ability. Please let me know of any questions or issues. We’ve all done this before and you know how I work, so let’s just take it from there!!
