VOLUNTEER JOBS ARE OPEN!
Our meet on Monday, June 19 is at Bridgemill Neighborhood in Indian Land off of 521. I will send the information given to us by the other team as soon as I receive it. Until then, I’ll send our own away meet routine as a reminder.  As always, PLEASE email Coach Harry and I immediately if your swimmer will not be at the meet on Monday so we can plan the relays carefully. Please do not leave early unless you speak to the Clerk of Course and Coach Harry so we can check if your child is on a relay team. Thank you!

🦈 As of now, the meet begins at 6pm, and we should be there at 5:15pm for check-in.

🦈 Please have your swimmer check in with the attendance volunteer with the clipboard when you arrive. Volunteers will also check-in with this person.  

🦈 Bring chairs to sit on. A giant THANK YOU to the swim Dads who brought tents for our last meet! It was very helpful and we appreciated you setting them up and breaking them down! If you have a tent and are able to bring it, please do. It’s always good to have them for our age groups be it for shade or rain! It also helps the younger kids stay in their age group area surprisingly well!

🦈 Swimmers MUST stay with their age groups during the meet. If the swimmer is not with their age group when we are lining them up for their event or relay, we will have no choice but to scratch them or sub them. We dislike doing this to the kids because they get disappointed. If you child comes to visit you during the meet, please send them back to our area with their age group. Thanks for your help with this!

🦈 PER COACH HARRY: Parents must sit in the spectator area. Parents are not to sit or stand in the swimmer age group seating area or the clerk of course area. Coach Harry wants this area to be open and clear for the swimmers and volunteers. He will ask you to move to the spectator area if needed.
