Hello Swim Families!

Tomorrow, Thursday, June 6 is our next swim meet.  The address is: 503 Briar Patch Terrace, Waxhaw, NC 28173. Please arrive at 5:15PM and check in with our swim parent with the clipboard who will be checking in swimmers and volunteers.  Coach Harry emailed the welcome letter from the host team which has a lot of great information. 

🦈VOLUNTEER POSITIONS have been opened. Please take a look at the available positions and choose one to sign up for. The coaches will assign volunteer positions to parents at the meet if these positions are not filled.

🦈Swimmers will be sitting with their age groups with the coaches and will be lined up by our Clerk of Course Team. Swimmers must stay in their age group seating areas so we can line them up for events. If they are not present when we are calling names and lining them up, they will miss their event.

🦈 As Coach Harry instructed, parents MUST sit with the other parents and not in the swimmer age group areas. The coaches and clerk of course team need this area to organize the swimmers and line them up quickly for their events.
🦈Please do not leave the meet early unless you first speak with Coach Harry and the Clerk of Course Team to make sure your swimmer does not have a relay event at the end of the meet.

🦈 This team has a concession stand but only with snacks and drinks. They are CASH only.
