Hello Swim Families!

On Monday, June 17, we will have our next swim meet. The address is: 3801 Lake Park Rd., Indian Trail, NC 28079. It’s a 30-40 minute drive from our YMCA so take a look at the map ahead of time! PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THEIR WELCOME LETTER. I’ve attached it to this email. Important information about parking is included. Coaches would like swimmers there at 5:15 pm. Volunteer positions have been opened and are ready to be signed up for. Please take a look at the available positions and choose one to sign up for.

🦈 Please arrive at 5:15pm and have your swimmer check in with our volunteer with the clipboard where we will be setting up the swimmers seating area. Volunteers will also check in.

🦈Swimmers will be sitting with their age groups with the coaches and will be lined up by our Clerk of Course Team. Swimmers must stay in our seating areas so we can line them up for events. If they are not present when we are calling names and lining them up, they will miss their event.

🦈Parents will sit around the pool area so bring chairs to sit on. 

🦈It’s also a good idea to pack plenty of snacks/food and water for your swimmer!

🦈 Please do not leave the meet early unless you first speak with Coach Harry and the Clerk of Course Team to make sure your swimmer does not have a relay event at the end of the meet, or has been put in by the coaches as a sub! Many of our swimmers have been disappointed that their relays have been scratched because some of their teammates have left the meet early and not checked with Coach Kayla or Jessica to see if they’re in a relay.
