Good Afternoon, Parents --

I hope you're well! A couple quick updates regarding this weekend's meet:

1. We are currently waiting on multiple pieces of information from the other team that is hosting our meet this weekend, to include the positions available for volunteers. As a result the volunteer positions will not be going live at 1:00 pm as usual -- I am working on getting this information as quickly as I can and will send another update once things are ready with a new time they'll go live. I will try my best to give as much notice as possible.

2. Due to the size of the facility we are visiting, their head coach has decided to split the meet into two halves - the first half will be all swimmers 10&under from roughly 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm, with swimmers 11&up immediately following from 3:00 pm - roughly 5:00 pm. Again, as soon as I have more concrete information I will let you all know, but this is what it's looking like is going to happen as of now.

3. The hosting team is also requesting that we have a spectator limit this weekend -- i.e., only one parent per child will be allowed to attend the meet on deck. Seating space is incredibly limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis; please bring your own seating to the meet. They are exploring other options for us to have additional spectators in a different area, but I cannot guarantee that will be a possibility.

I apologize for the short-notice and confusion, all of this is coming down as I'm sending it out to you. I will keep everyone up-to-date as much as possible and send out more information as soon as I have it! Please keep an eye on your email for any changes and for an update regarding volunteer positions.
