Hello, Tiger Sharks Families -

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th!

We have had quite a few inquiries about our upcoming fall program and swim team seasons, so I wanted to go ahead and reach out to let everyone know that our Fall Stroke Clinic program is OPEN for registration! Coach Kelly and I will be running this program together. The style will be similar to the previous Conditioning program, however we will utilize the opportunity to focus more on skills and technique, as well as strength and endurance.

Practices will begin September 14th and will run until October 22nd. We will practice for one hour, three days/week (Mon/Wed/Thurs).
